If you come to see me you will get a truly holistic session as I have lots of tools in my therapy toolbox including nutrition and a range of energy balancing techniques to share with you for self-help between treatments.
Add a 15 minute Indian Head/Face Massage before your Reflexology treatment for an extra £15. Contact me for details.
I offer occasional Saturday morning 9.30am or 10am appointments if you can't make weekdays

Welcome to my website. I hope it helps you decide if what I do feels right for you. I am a very experienced practitioner, and I am always open to learning new things. My enthusiasm for my work never stops. I have a special interest in working with people with chronic pain, Fibromyalgia, menopausal and other hormonal problems, people who are bereaved and older people, but I welcome all enquiries. Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is for lymphoedema in the arm or legs, and for those who find they have strong reactions to normal Reflexology (e.g. people with ME, Long Covid, etc.), or for other conditions such as sinusitis, fibromyalgia, etc.
If you have any questions don't hesitate to give me a call if you would like to chat through what you might need, or what could help you before you decide. My Energy Balance Healing treatment is unique to me so do get in touch if you want to know more. It is a total body balance and healing experience. I always give you tips and techniques to do at home between treatments. All sessions are unhurried and tailored to your needs. I do not do back-to-back treatments so there is always plenty of time for recovery and to talk things through.
